About the role
- Reconcile telecom vendor billing and ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage workflows related to telecom billing and software license reporting
- Conduct regular data calls and respond with accurate, organized billing data
- Monitor software license usage, attrition, and associated costs
- Generate reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and audits
- Maintain billing documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams to verify billing accuracy
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in billing or license tracking
- Support process improvements related to billing and license management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or related financial role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with vendor billing reconciliation and workflow tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting systems
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
- Experience specifically in Telecom Billing Management
- Active Top Secret Clearance required
