Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 7+ years progressive human resources experience
- SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business partnerships across various HR channels
- Demonstrated leadership skills with impact and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience in HR disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, and compensation
- Proven track record of delivering results with independence and urgency
