Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
  • 7+ years progressive human resources experience
  • SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business partnerships across various HR channels
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with impact and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in HR disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, and compensation
  • Proven track record of delivering results with independence and urgency
