About the role
- Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives
- Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
- Lead implementation of initiatives supporting overall business/function strategy
- Manage business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
- Support/manage integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas
- Act as subject matter expert for projects/initiatives, participate in identifying, designing, testing solutions and supporting implementation
- Develop and deliver presentations/communications to management or broader audience
- Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines; assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Identify variances and contribute to analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives within area of responsibility
- Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures and solutions to mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise; keep current on emerging trends and analytical tools
- Prioritize and manage own workload and participate in knowledge transfer within team and business units
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies preferred
- Proficiency in security best practices preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues preferred
- Experience with technical adaptability and security profile preferred
- Experience providing specialized business management guidance, reporting and analysis
- Ability to implement policies/processes and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering presentations/communications to management or broader audiences
- Ability to adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines
