About the role
- Deliver exceptional, end-to-end client service and act as trusted points of contact for customers
- Support Relationship Managers and Account Managers in day-to-day portfolio management
- Contribute to business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and deepening client relationships
- Partner closely with internal teams across TD to deliver seamless solutions
- Ensure all products, services, and activities are delivered in a compliant, risk-aware manner
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 1+ year of banking or financial services experience for CSO
- High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred, plus 1+ year of banking or financial services experience for CMO
- Commitment to customer experience and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
- Sound judgment when handling sensitive information and complex requests
