About the role

  • Deliver exceptional, end-to-end client service and act as trusted points of contact for customers
  • Support Relationship Managers and Account Managers in day-to-day portfolio management

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 1+ year of banking or financial services experience for CSO
  • High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred, plus 1+ year of banking or financial services experience for CMO
  • Commitment to customer experience and relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive information and complex requests
