About the role

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and oversight of Credit Management strategies
  • Guiding Credit and Collections principles while supporting end-to-end strategic initiatives
  • Managing a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive Credit policy analytics
  • Proposing and implementing policy and credit strategy recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; Graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ Years of related experience
  • Significant experience required in Credit Risk Management and modeling disciplines
  • Strong quantitative and statistical skills
  • Experience in change management related to the adoption of new business processes
  • Extensive experience in organizing and presenting credit portfolio results
