💰 $110,760 - $178,880 per year
About the role
- Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and / or enterprise strategies
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams while partnering with business and executive stakeholders
- Manage projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight
- Lead delivery of Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 projects; may lead Tier 1 projects
- Indirectly manage cross-LoB project teams consisting of Business Analysts, SMEs and Technology Resources
- Manage multiple projects with medium to long term time horizons
- Track, forecast and manage project budgets
- Communicate with executive level sponsors and stakeholders
- Guide teams through complex change from concept to execution
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree
- Project Management Certification required
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures and principles
- Exposure to financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets
- Experience with full cycle delivery, executive level communications and working with 3rd party vendors
- Preference for experience working within a large bank with model or non-model Risk
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to create and foster cohesive teams and attract top talent
- Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen
- Proven ability to stay focused under pressure and demonstrate resilience
- Experienced change agent, able to guide cross-functional teams through complex change
