About the role
- Manages a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
- Works closely with various internal stakeholders/partners to understand business objectives
- Identifies data/information needs, opportunities for improvement
- Helps inform and support business decisions and strategies
- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions
- Facilitates key strategic discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience
- Collaborates with others to execute on common goals
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 7+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Power BI
- Relevant Audit experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with working with senior executives and delivering materials for Committees and Senior Management
