About the role
- Lead and develop a team of Cash Management Banking professionals
- Proactively identify and address Cash Management and Deposit needs of existing customers
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Account Managers for new business acquisition
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize operational risk
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of work experience
- Subject matter expert in deposits and cash management products
- Ability to deliver and promote exceptional service
- Knowledge of pricing models/concepts and making recommendations
- Experience in a customer-facing role supporting cash management sales processes
