Accountable for creating, running and ensuring accuracy/quality of reports for CFO
Are a subject matter expert on the end-to-end operational process
Supports decision-makers
Support the modernization current reporting processes
Recommend team's workload and ad-hoc requests to address internal and external requests
Produce timely diagnostics to identify system and operational issues
Think forward and provide early gap recommendation
Help support change socialization and process adherence for new reporting
Act as SME to provide project team support to deliver on reporting requirements
Support the continuous improvement agenda for our operational partners
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Fraud Operations, Internal Business Partners, Vendor Managers etc.
Act as a subject matter expert and represents the team or bank at project meetings or industry forums

Requirements

Undergraduate degree from a technical domain preferably from a STEM program
2+ years' experience in an analytical/reporting capacity
Experience interfacing with big data (Python, SQL or equivalent)
Automation experience to replace complicated processes with end to end solutions
Ability to quickly and independently structure and deliver on new problems not previously tackled by the bank
Demonstrated analytical, modeling and problem solving skills
Creative, Critical, Conceptual thinker, ability to wade through data and arrive at conclusions
Ability to communicate strategy analysis to both technical and non-technical team members, either verbally or via documentation
Ability to take initiative and work independently under tight timelines
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Motivated to constantly strive to find innovative ways to enhance capabilities
Preferable Knowledge of machine learning is an asset
Agile experience is an asset
Experience in fraud management is asset
Experience with platforms like TSYS, PRM, Cardinal Commerce is an asset
Experience in Databricks is an asset
