Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reporting packages for the Canadian Retail (Branch) team
Transform complex data into actionable insights using advanced visualization techniques
Drive incremental delivery and propose innovative alternatives for reporting solutions
Actively participate in business meetings to understand problem statements and root causes
Define and influence the future state of BI reporting, aligning with OKR and benchmarks
Mentor and train analysts and senior analysts to build a strong talent pipeline
Communicate effectively with business partners, offering clear preferred options and recommendations

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Premium) and Tableau
DAX Expert
Strong ETL skills using Databricks, Azure, Python, SQL and GitHub
Experience with agile delivery methodologies, time estimation and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira)
Proven ability to design intuitive dashboards and prototypes
Familiarity with wireframing tools (Adobe XD, Figma) is an asset
Deep understanding of Canadian Personal Banking Distribution (Branch) business
