Develop and manage marketing strategies for customer acquisition and account management of wealth and TD Premier clients
Lead a high performing team supporting multi-complex portfolios on the development and execution of Marketing strategy planning, annual portfolio planning
Act as a key contributor in influencing business operational decisions
Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions
Oversees and leads a large and/or highly complex and diverse portfolio for an area of significant complexity, scope or risk
Leadership and approval of campaigns and oversight of marketing execution for all projects within portfolio
Acts as a strategic partner to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials
Facilitates key strategic discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience
Focuses on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater)
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
10+ years relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets
Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
Ability to forecast initiatives and demand in order to develop annual strategic plan
Skill in managing budgets, P&L and resource allocation
Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of product initiatives
Skill in talent development and performance management
Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
Ability handle confidential information with discretion.
