About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the full TD SYNNEX portfolio, focusing on growth and strategic development.
  • Build trusted, face-to-face relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and TD SYNNEX’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive cross-functional success.
  • Promote digital tools like InTouch and ensure accurate CRM and pipeline management.
  • Deliver compelling proposals, maintain service levels, and resolve issues with clarity and care.
  • Use data and insights to shape strategy, identify trends, and maximise account potential.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX’s values in every interaction - internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - able to influence at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence to negotiate and drive results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems; SAP R3 knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in the IT industry is desirable, but a curious, adaptable mindset matters more.
