About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of large, complex MSPs across the full TD SYNNEX portfolio.
  • Build trusted, face-to-face relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and align with customer goals.
  • Create compelling value propositions that protect margin and promote long-term engagement.
  • Identify and exploit incremental business opportunities through deep customer insight.
  • Lead internal collaboration across sales, operations, and specialist business units.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and pursue project opportunities.
  • Deliver balanced product mix and maintain expected margin returns.
  • Resolve any issues with clarity and care, escalating where needed.
  • Use data and profiling to shape strategy and maximise account potential.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting and promote digital tools like InTouch.
  • Maintain and improve Service Level Agreements.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX’s values in every interaction - internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or direct MSP/customer engagement.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Gravitas and business credibility with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong sales skills including negotiation and driving results.
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial inputs.
  • Experience with CRM systems; SAP R3 knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the IT industry is desirable.
