About the role

  • Take a leading role in managing the operation of the global Intune / Azure endpoint management infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, compliant, up to date, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop, test, maintain, and support automation and in-house tooling to improve endpoint management processes, including PowerShell scripting, Visual Studio .NET-based tools, Graph API usage, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Provide 3rd level escalation support to Field Service Engineers and business colleagues, resolving complex endpoint, enrolment, policy, application, and identity-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, device standards, configuration baselines, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills, particularly around Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, security, and modern workplace technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or modern workplace environments.
  • Strong experience with: Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Azure AD / Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Conditional Access, Win32 application packaging and deployment.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation, Microsoft Graph API Visual Studio .NET (C#/.NET) for tool development, automation, and integration.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 enterprise environments; macOS, iOS, and Android management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security concepts including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, device compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
