About the role
- Build excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and specialist product knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and solution-led conversations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Engage in inside selling using customer insights to drive short, medium, and long-term strategies.
- Manage customer backorders and apply specialist knowledge to identify project opportunities.
- Own projects end-to-end or collaborate with pre-sales for technical requirements.
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure service level agreements are met and customer expectations are managed.
- Sell the benefits of TD SYNNEX and our value proposition.
- Develop partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer information and reporting within CRM.
Requirements
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Effective priority management and planning abilities.
- Drive to achieve targets and understand the sales process.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
