Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Perform monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Prepare work papers and supporting documentation for external auditors and tax firms
Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and ERP maintenance (Sage)
Assist with general ledger transactions within the McLeod system
Create and maintain desktop procedures for all accounting processes
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales commissions and incentive-based compensation metrics
Support data analytics and process-improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (vLookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs)
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience preparing and resolving account reconciliations
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership
