Review all jobs to ensure that reasonable costs exist for prep time, press time, finishing, shipping, plates, inks, paper and outside work;
Conduct 3-way Match and ensure costed jobs are audit complaint;
Research discrepancies in costs and discuss with various department managers & project Managers
Ensure selling price accuracy in system;
Assist Data/Costing Clerk with day to day costing issues as required.
Reconcile freight invoices against project & upload the cost to ERP
Participate quarterly & monthly inventory counts
Analysis and support, as required (e.g. Create & circulate Production reports)
Prepare the weekly, monthly KPA & metrics reports if required.

Requirements

Post secondary education along with a minimum two (2) years accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting and controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
