About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 – 18 customer service professionals
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
  • Promote a service-oriented culture focused on responsiveness and accuracy
  • Oversee daily customer service operations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Develop and refine customer service processes and documentation
  • Track and analyze service metrics and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of order management, inventory concepts, and customer service workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
