About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 – 18 customer service professionals
- Establish performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
- Promote a service-oriented culture focused on responsiveness and accuracy
- Oversee daily customer service operations
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and refine customer service processes and documentation
- Track and analyze service metrics and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce environments preferred
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory concepts, and customer service workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- MS Office Suite proficiency
