About the role

  • Analyze portfolio performance by segment, variant, size, and channel
  • Assess Eight O’Clock’s presence in e-commerce
  • Support the rollout of our new brand positioning across touchpoints
  • Build a robust activation calendar leveraging culturally and seasonally relevant moments
  • Collaborate with our strategic partner, Keurig, for co-marketing initiatives
  • Monitor monthly financial performance and ensure marketing expenditures are in line with budgeted plans
  • Manage product and packaging innovation in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with consumer insights manager to deliver insights that drive growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing US CPG experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI/Circana)
  • Experience managing external agency partners
  • Undergrad required
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape
  • Skilled at extracting actionable insights from consumer, shopper, and market data
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods industry
