About the role
- Support the development of annual brand plans and long-term strategic initiatives
- Analyze brand and category performance using syndicated data (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behavior to inform strategy
- Lead monthly business reviews and performance tracking
- Manage brand budgets including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with Finance for accurate P&L management and forecasting
- Track coupon programs, redemptions, and financial deliverables
- Coordinate execution of marketing programs including digital, shopper, and promotional tactics
- Support packaging updates, new item setup, and product lifecycle management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and product launches
- Serve as a liaison between Marketing and internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, and R&D
- Support customer marketing initiatives and sales communication development
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or related field
- Experience in branded CPG industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skill
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and growth
- Interest in health & wellness is a plus
