About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of TA Operations professionals
- Ensure successful and timely completion of all onboarding activity
- Continuously review and refine TA processes, workflows, and tools
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics reports

Requirements
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field
- Leadership experience with strong team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics reporting, and utilizing recruitment analytics to drive insights and improvements
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational strategies with talent acquisition and organizational goals
