Support the deployment of complex, multi-product solutions (e.g., combining Click to Pay and SCOF) with Acquirers, PSPs, Fintechs, merchants & external partners.
Support Sales Team in client-facing events to demonstrate the value of Mastercard's products.
Translate client needs into business requirements in collaboration with local, European and global cross-functional teams (product, marketing and technical teams).
Proactively identify and adapt packaged & repeatable solutions for French customers.
Contribute to the development of new network products and future capabilities (e.g., Tap to More & Fast funding).
Share best practices across Customer Solutions Centers and support other segments when needed.
Act as the go-to expert for checkout solutions within the merchant and PSP ecosystem.
Understand merchant and acquirer value chains to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to co-create client-centric solutions aligned with Horizon 2030 strategy.
Requirements
Strong experience in digital payments, merchant acquiring, or PSP ecosystems.
Deep understanding of Mastercard's Acquirer & merchant products (e.g., Click to Pay, Card on File tokenization, Soft POS…).
Ability to lead technical discussions with customers around digital enablement; APIs, integration flows.
Proven ability to convince and lead change on the market.
Collaborative mindset with ability to evolve in a matrix organization and changing environment.
Mandatory: Fluency in French and English.
Nice to have: Comfortable with Data & Analytics to identify trends & related opportunities.
