Consultant

• Serve as a trusted client business advisor and lead client engagements across industries (consulting services, Test & Learn, data and analytics)
• Lead engagement teams to deliver best-in-class insights and project deliverables
• Provide subject matter or industry expertise and guide teams to business-focused solutions and recommendations
• Own mid- to senior-level client relationships and proactively manage client agenda, culture, and relationship risks
• Mentor and coach junior teammates and contribute to Mastercard’s knowledge management and best practices
• Identify commercial opportunities and partner on contracting and cross-sell activities to drive client value
• Manage project responsibilities including stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, and decision-making under ambiguity
