About the role

  • Aggregate staffing needs at a co-hort level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between projects;
  • In close cooperation with the Staffing Business Partner, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria targeting optimization of resource utilization and learning opportunities for team members across areas of specialization and markets;
  • Work using the internal systems and processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle;
  • Aggregate co-hort level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes;
  • Work with the Staffing Business Partners to ensure appropriate and well thought through, balanced team structures are proposed thereby ensuring quality outcomes on the projects and success for the clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other staffing managers and the business within a structured framework and against set timelines to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly staffing batch-based process.

Requirements

  • Partner at heart – Needs to work in very close partnership with the rest of the Global Staffing team;
  • Business acumen – Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation. Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm.

  • Agile – Must be able to work in an agile environment with short sprints, changing briefs and requirements to pivot at short notice.

  • Strong individual contributor- able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with Time zone and global staffing teammates
