About the role

  • Support the execution of Mastercard’s agentic commerce product commercialization strategy for the North America region in close coordination with business development, account management, engineering, marketing, and legal
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships across AI platforms, consumer agents, national issuers, retailers, commerce infrastructure, and developer ecosystems
  • Support the management of key customer relationships attending account reviews and industry events as required
  • Be a voice of the customer internally— channeling feedback, use-case insights, and market trends to influence product and platform strategy
  • Collaborate across a global, matrixed organization, working with autonomy

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, product commercialization, or product-led growth roles, with ownership of taking complex capabilities from concept through market launch and scale
  • Experience working at a leading commerce, fintech, payments, platform, or AI-driven company, delivering products in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven track record of commercializing platform products, including defining value propositions, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption metrics
  • Strong experience of operating in product-led organizations, with a deep understanding of APIs, developer experiences, platform economics, and ecosystem dynamics
  • Technical mindset with hands-on experience translating agentic, LLM-powered capabilities into customer-facing products; familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and tooling ecosystems
  • Experience working closely with issuing partners, merchants, and internal product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure products are commercially viable and scalable
  • A systems thinker who can connect product strategy, customer needs, and commercial outcomes, while also driving execution at speed
  • Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value, enable sales and partner teams, and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in new and ambiguous spaces, shaping structure, priorities, and roadmaps where the market is still emerging
  • Highly collaborative team player with a bias toward action, outcomes, and winning in market
