• Backend Systems Integration Engineer supporting Order Management Systems and integrations for tarte cosmetics
• Ensure seamless data flow between Shopify D2C storefront and backend systems including ERP, Vertex, and ESW
• Monitor and troubleshoot order and data flows between eCommerce front-end, ERP, tax, and fulfillment systems
• Investigate and resolve sync failures, webhook issues, and data mismatches using Postman, SQL, and system logs
• Reprocess or replay failed API calls and validate successful resolution
• Escalate, track, and document issues via Jira with clear root cause analysis
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Shopify, Vertex, ESW) to identify and resolve integration issues
• Support UAT/staging testing and monitor CI/CD pipelines during release cycles
• Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and integration flow diagrams
• Ensure smooth operation of critical data workflows in a fast-paced production environment

Backend Systems Integration Engineer, OMS / ERP / Shopify

Digital Marketing

• Design and execute engaging, on-brand content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook), including static posts, motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels.
• Assist in creating email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to design and optimize high-performing paid social acquisition assets, including short-form videos, animated overlays, and static variations informed by campaign results.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets while staying innovative and trend-forward.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Social, and Creative teams to develop compelling visuals that drive engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
• Edit and resize images, retouch product photos, and prepare assets for multiple digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Organize and maintain digital design files and templates. Assist with additional creative projects, such as presentations and promotional materials.
