Now Hiring – Accounting - Sr Payroll Specialist Hours : Monday-Friday, daytime business hours Location: Hybrid in our North Central Austin location. Must be in-office Mondays and Tuesdays. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with biweekly payroll process using Paylocity Ensure all employees are paid accurately. Reconcile and approved benefit payments, including 401K Assist with other payroll related matters as needed Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes Manage Ramp (company credit cards) including setting up new users, employee set up and expense policy. Manage employee reimbursements Assist with audits and compliance activities, including year-end processing Coordinate with Human Resources on payroll impacting transactions such as leave of absences, retro benefit premium deductions, 401k loans, etc. Coordinate with accounts payable in monitoring and managing payroll and benefit vendors Reconcile insurance and other benefit billings Assist in 401(k) and Workers' Compensation audits Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as necessary Tarrytown Expocare is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
