About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications using JDK 11+
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop cloud‑ready applications and integrations using AWS services
- Write efficient, high‑quality SQL queries and work with relational databases
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features from concept to deployment
- Use Git and version control best practices to manage codebases
- Write and maintain bash scripts for automation and operational tasks
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands‑on expertise as a Java Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 11 and above)
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or similar)
- Expertise in API development and microservices
- Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Experience with bash scripting for automation
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
