About the role

  • Responsible for shaping Tapestry’s talent pipeline by driving full‑cycle recruitment across Corporate Commercial & Functional business groups.
  • Deliver an engaging, inclusive experience for every candidate and partner.
  • Oversee campus engagement, partner relationships, high‑volume recruitment, and program execution for corporate summer internship program.
  • Support hiring managers and recruiting partners to understand talent needs and help shape effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate and support full‑cycle recruitment for roles up to Manager level.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple functions and levels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within corporate or commercial functions; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to identify and engage candidates through job boards, inbound applications, and foundational sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems; experience with platforms such as LinkedIn and Workday is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in influencing hiring decisions and shaping early‑talent strategies.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting early‑career talent, building strong candidate experiences, and contributing to a thoughtful, inclusive hiring culture.
