About the role
- Responsible for shaping Tapestry’s talent pipeline by driving full‑cycle recruitment across Corporate Commercial & Functional business groups.
- Deliver an engaging, inclusive experience for every candidate and partner.
- Oversee campus engagement, partner relationships, high‑volume recruitment, and program execution for corporate summer internship program.
- Support hiring managers and recruiting partners to understand talent needs and help shape effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate and support full‑cycle recruitment for roles up to Manager level.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple functions and levels.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within corporate or commercial functions; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to identify and engage candidates through job boards, inbound applications, and foundational sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems; experience with platforms such as LinkedIn and Workday is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in influencing hiring decisions and shaping early‑talent strategies.
- Enthusiasm for supporting early‑career talent, building strong candidate experiences, and contributing to a thoughtful, inclusive hiring culture.
