- Own the end-to-end measurement framework for post-purchase performance
- Generate and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of survey data
- Partner cross-functionally to influence decisions

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience transforming data from multiple sources
- Knowledge of NPS, OSAT, ASAT methodologies
- Ability to build relationships across functions
- Project management experience
- Experience with advanced analytical tools (segmentation, text analytics, sentiment analysis)
