Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build the revenue plan and forecasts : Partner with key stakeholders to develop the annual plan and monthly forecasts in line with corporate planning and forecasting guidelines.
• Enhance forecasting processes and models: Refine existing forecasting processes/ models and evaluate current tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use.
• Deliver insights that drive action: Develop analytics and ad hoc reporting that provide important insights into the business, including scenario and variance analysis across comparative periods, accounts, and properties.
• Own the narrative: Prepare reporting and analysis delivering crisp variance storytelling with clear explanations of variances versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
• Support quarter-end and earnings preparation: Contribute to quarter-end close support and quarterly earnings call preparation, including executive-ready analysis and materials.
• Lead process improvements (automation-minded): Recognize opportunities for process improvements—such as improved use of tools, process automation, report consolidation/enhancements, and improved communication/data hand-offs—and help drive them forward.
• Become a go-to resource across systems: Learn and master multiple financial systems and processes to provide support and training as needed.
• Build trust and credibility: Establish credibility through respectful, thoughtful engagement, strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and financial insight.

Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst

Manager

• Responsible for the end to end execution, programming, and optimization of Tanger’s email and SMS channels.
• Manage email and SMS programs including campaign builds, automations, lifecycle journeys, audience segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, and Analytics teams for scalable, data driven customer communications.
• Own the programming and configuration of email campaigns and automations.

Manager, Email & SMS

• Provide financial analysis, lease administration and portfolio management support to the Leasing team
• Develop, maintain, produce various reports and analyses used daily
• Track all renewals and other lease actions
• Analyze status and work with Leasing team to meet departmental goals
• Work in tandem with Leasing team to produce analyses, provide information and assist the overall leasing process
• Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) with Leasing researching and providing support
• Process, assemble and help represent the final economic deal terms to Real Estate Committee

Chief Marketing Officer

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and budget which increases center sales and traffic
• Drive sponsorship and media sales, support Tanger corporate programs and position Tanger and the center as good corporate citizens
• Monitor and maintain marketing budget
• Complete monthly financial forecasts managing real time revenue and expense positions
• Create and/or execute national and local programs that integrate retailers, drive traffic and sales
• Actively create and sell media, sponsorship, and programming opportunities to achieve personal and property sales goals

• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees; serve as a trusted advisor and coach.
• Partner with leadership to design, implement, and sustain people strategies aligned to business objectives, organizational priorities, and core values.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager on talent initiatives including talent acquisition for critical roles.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management to support business evolution.

People & Culture Business Partner

Digital Marketing

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital operations strategy and roadmap to deliver positive program results across all digital channels including app, website, mobile, email, push notifications, SMS, SEO and more.
• Ensure execution meets company goals for performance of these channels, including clicks, installs, redemptions, opens, customer database growth, site traffic, SEO rankings, and other key marketing KPIs.
• Closely partners with Marketing Performance team to ensure digital channels are meeting or exceeding monthly and annual marketing valuation targets.
• Provide strategic direction, digital channel expertise, and oversight for Tanger's digital products, programs, and assets from a marketing perspective.
• Serve as lead to agencies and digital vendor partners from a marketing perspective in partnership with Technology.
• Define success metrics for digital channels.
• Regularly analyze performance data, engagement metrics, and benchmarks to derive insights, optimize strategies, and surface opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Drive and support channel acquisition growth of new customers and expand the lifetime value of customers across all digital channels.
• Develop and maintain a strategy for ongoing development and backend architecture maintenance, martech utilization in partnership with Technology and improved organic optimizations for all digital channels.
• Align resources and define timelines with an eye towards prioritization and business impact.
• Publish these strategies through a separate development calendar for channel projects, that aligns resources, manages launch timelines, and sets expectations with stakeholders.
• Partners with IT and analytics teams to implement ongoing enhancements, integrations, and infrastructure to scale database capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with National Marketing, Field Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure digital experiences support broader brand, marketing goals and objectives while improving overall customer experience on Tanger’s digital properties and platforms.
