- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
- Interface with customers by answering inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
