Program Manager

• Plan, organize, coordinate, manage and maintain the personnel under this action to execute various initiatives and projects under the six CQM programs.
• Communicate with the COR daily regarding performance and/or personnel concerns.
• Provide oversight and management of personnel, to include onboarding and required training.
• Maintain compliance, generate/update reports.
• Develop and manage schedules.
• Develop the contract Program Management Plan and Weekly Performance Reports.
• Define and maintain standards for consistency across the CQM programs.
• Apply the principles of high reliability, health and health care improvement and the role of CQM in support of readiness in the military health care environment.

• Update it annually and use it to manage, track, and evaluate TMS’s administration, execution, and tracking.
• Ensure adherence to all federal acquisition regulations, statutes, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI’s), and DHA policies and procedures pertaining to the CQM program, DHA security and training requirements, standards of conduct as established by the DHA Director. and program reporting protocols.

Federal Clinical Quality Management Program Manager – Part-time

Full-stack Engineer

• Maintains, enhances, and modernizes legacy and mission-critical applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET, Tomcat, and related technologies.
• Develops application code, database queries, stored procedures, and views to support operational and business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performed defect resolution across application, integration, and database layers.
• Assists in designing, building, and deploying new and existing IT solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture and development standards.
• Configures, integrates, and supports COTS platforms such as eLabNext and FreezerWorks.
• Supports Azure IaaS and PaaS environments, including SSL certificate management, environment configuration, and cloud service troubleshooting.
• Performs vulnerability verification, remediation, and secure coding implementation across Center applications to maintain compliance with security requirements.

• Identify and draft HQ level documents to include procedural manual / instructions, decision memorandums and other documents needed to process adverse event and adverse action cases.
• Provide technical and analytical support in healthcare management and program analysis for both enterprise healthcare risk management and credentialing and privileging programs.
• Prepare and provide reports and briefs to multiple stakeholders.
• Provide a weekly HRM status report to be included in the CQM Weekly Performance report.

Federal Healthcare Risk Management Nurse – DHA CQM Program

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Media Center users
• Manage and process all user requests, including:
• 1. Reviewing and approving new user accounts;
• 2. Conducting annual user account reviews;
• 3. Processing asset orders (ads, materials, photos);
• 4. Managing general inquiries via the Media Center email box
• Provide consultation and technical assistance to users on selecting and ordering assets.
• Check for applicable talent and use fees prior to fulfilling orders and advise users accordingly.
• Coordinate production services to create or adapt assets, including graphic support, tagging, dubbing, voiceovers, editing, formatting, and delivery of final media products.
• Coordinate translation of assets and work
• Maintain and manage a secure FTP site for asset file transfers.
• Maintain secure and accurate records of agreements, asset distribution, contact information, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of all requests in accordance with established service standards.
• Identify prospective assets aligned with DNPAO health topics for review and potential inclusion in the Media Center.
• Support the Steering Committee review process for asset inclusion.
• Communicate with submitting organizations regarding file acquisition and required documentation.
• Acquire master and/or native files of approved assets and coordinate negotiation of talent, music, and use rights transfers.
• Upload and manage assets within the Media Center database and web application.
• Conduct annual reviews of talent, music, and use documentation to ensure continued authorization.
• Notify users at least 30 days before asset use agreements expire and request feedback and evaluation data.
• Conduct archiving processes to remove outdated, expired, or inappropriate assets from the Media Center.
