About the role

  • Schedule interviews across time zones, manage communication, and provide a smooth, timely candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the full hiring cycle, including role setup, job postings, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain consistent workflows, documentation, and process standards across the recruitment function.
  • Manage accurate candidate and job data in Ashby ATS, generate simple reports, and support tracking of key hiring metrics.
  • Maintain templates, process guides, and documentation in Confluence; support workflow tracking in Jira.
  • Prepare offer letters and hiring documents; partner with HR and Legal to ensure compliance and completeness.
  • Assist in testing new tools, improving processes, and contributing to operational enhancement projects.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth execution across all recruitment stages.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in recruitment coordination, HR admin, office operations, or another detail-oriented role; fast-paced industry exposure is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools; experience with Ashby ATS is highly beneficial; willingness to learn Jira and Confluence.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, clear communicator, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
