Identify, size, and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities to improve Talkiatry’s performance — from supply and demand expansion to segmentation strategy, clinician productivity, and patient experience
Define complex problems, develop structured recommendations, and deliver measurable outcomes across multi-quarter workstreams
Manage high-visibility initiatives that cut across Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Product
Analyze sophisticated datasets, build forecasting and performance models, and translate insights into clear executive-level recommendations
Partner with leadership on quarterly and annual planning cycles, define success metrics, develop dashboards, support scenario modeling, and provide insight into performance trends that inform investment and resourcing decisions

Requirements

4-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology environments
Advanced experience developing analytical solutions using SQL (required) and data visualization or programming tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets
Strong financial and operational modeling capabilities, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and measurable business impact
Exceptional ability to turn large, complex datasets into clear insights, applying strong business judgment even in ambiguous or unfamiliar domains
Outstanding communication skills, able to translate sophisticated analysis into structured, decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders
Awareness of emerging trends in technology, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
