Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet those needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather a comprehensive set of requirements aligned with business objectives and gain a deep understanding of current business processes.
Provide expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and assess customer processes against standard platform functionality.
Apply the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, demonstrating familiarity with key activities and deliverables for both customer engagements and internal projects.
Document business requirements clearly, outlining the actions a solution must perform and the expected outcomes.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with customer-specific business needs.
Support customer decision-making by developing functional design documentation to guide development, including any required modifications or customizations.
Lead user acceptance testing and deliver training to ensure successful adoption and maintenance of the solution.
Identify and address challenges and risks associated with implementing industry-specific or vertical applications.
Manage projects from inception to customer sign-off and meet project milestones.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Application Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
Solid understanding of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM modules
Proven ability to map and configure client business requirements into Dynamics ERP
Experience in identifying and documenting business processes
Demonstrated expertise in system upgrades, integrations, and testing
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally – the ability to travel to the USA is a must
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level
