About the role
- Own and scale demand generation across key channels (e.g., search, social, partnerships, launches, and experiments).
- Improve conversion from self-serve users to activated/sales-assisted opportunities (lifecycle messaging, activation loops, proof points).
- Build customer-facing assets (e.g., case studies) by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Run experiments end-to-end: hypotheses, execution, measurement, iteration, and channel-level ROI evaluation.
- Coordinate with external partners/vendors (e.g., SEO support) and hold performance/accountability.
- Build scalable workflows using automation/AI tools to increase speed and output.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, demand gen, product marketing, or a highly analytical operator role (startup experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication (customers, partners, internal stakeholders).
- Comfort with analytics and experimentation; ability to prioritize and measure what matters.
- Scrappy problem-solving mindset with high ownership and bias toward action.
- Comfort marketing a technical product to a technical audience; ability to learn concepts quickly.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco (relocation supported).
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (work authorization requirements will be discussed during the process).
