About the role
- Own and execute growth initiatives end-to-end, from idea generation to performance analysis.
- Drive qualified pipeline on a daily basis through activation-focused growth programs.
- Execute across multiple growth channels (paid, lifecycle, experiments, partnerships, and other emerging tactics), maintaining a channel-agnostic approach.
- Collaborate with design, content, and operations partners to develop and launch growth campaigns.
- Manage and optimize growth spend, currently totaling approximately $1.5M annually.
- Monitor campaign performance, iterate quickly, and double down on high-performing strategies.
- Partner with internal sales and business development teams to align growth efforts with pipeline goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning growth or marketing outcomes in a high-growth or competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate ideas, test hypotheses, and execute without heavy direction.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Experience working across multiple growth channels; no single-channel specialization required.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
- Interest in startups, technology, or the venture ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in New York City at least four days per week.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support available, if applicable.
