Accounts Receivable

• As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Career.io, you'll own a book of accounts while working in a fast-paced environment, primarily supporting our Collections needs.
• You’ll balance daily and month-end accounts receivable to general ledger balances and investigate outstanding invoices, making collection calls, negotiating payment terms, and processing liens for collections, when necessary.
• This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.
• This is a part-time role, estimated 20 hours/week.
• Responsible for accounts receivable collections, communicating with customers about payment confirmations, billing discrepancies, and questions; working with the customer care department to resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with Careerminds leadership and the accounting manager regarding collections progress
• Processing Customer Credit Card Payments
• Review Billing records to research double pay issues or billing errors that cause a delay in payment
• Collect on all open AR
• Communicating with customers and internal staff to resolve invoice dispute issues.
• Monitoring the credit department email inbox
• Other AR projects as requested by the Manager

• The role focuses on owning and executing a multi-channel, B2B demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Career.io's outplacement services. • Partner with Sales and Content to design and implement programs that attract, nurture, and convert HR leaders, CHROs, and enterprise buyers. • This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role. • Manage campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, social, webinars, events, and partnerships. • Lead nurture & conversion: design automated nurture programs in HubSpot to engage prospects and accelerate conversion. • Analytics & Reporting: track KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI. • Collaboration & Alignment: partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on ABM programs.
