• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a net-new product area, building capabilities that streamline workflows and improve the medication journey and outcomes.
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives that bring automation, intelligence, and operational efficiency into complex healthcare processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from discovery and validation through launch and ongoing optimization—using real-world performance data and user behavior insights.
• Design solutions that address key healthcare workflow challenges, including documentation requirements, clinical data capture, rule variation across stakeholders, submissions, follow-up workflows, exception handling and communication with patients.
• Own product analytics for your domain, including defining success metrics such as cycle times, drop-off points, throughput, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features, write PRDs, translate market needs into clear requirements, and mitigate risks to meet milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure solutions align with real-world customer workflows, desired patient experience and market dynamics.
• Define and measure end-to-end program impact, ensuring product insights directly inform roadmap, prioritization, and strategic investment.
• Own the integration of this product area into TailorMed’s broader product ecosystem, driving cohesion and consistency across platforms.

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for GTM and Ops roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates in order to impact top of funnel and candidate pipeline
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and what makes each role compelling
• Maintain a strong and organised pipeline in our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication with candidates
• Contribute to employer branding efforts — helping TailorMed show up in the right communities and in front of the right talent
• Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on data — tracking outreach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, using customer insights, product data, and AI performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Build intelligent solutions that simplify complex healthcare workflows, from clinical documentation and data capture to submissions, exception handling, and patient communication.
• Define success metrics and own product performance, measuring workflow efficiency, AI effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to translate customer problems into scalable AI products, writing clear requirements and driving execution from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate across operations, customer success, clinical, compliance, strategy, and commercial teams to build AI products that solve real customer problems.

Principal AI Product Manager

Claims Specialist

• Ability to review pending claims thoroughly in detail to ensure accuracy
• Submit copay claims through appropriate channels, including follow through to payment posting
• Conduct timely follow up to check for claims status
• Work closely with the Financial Navigation team to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims
• Claim denial review and understanding in how to evaluate for next steps
• Conduct outbound calls with manufacturer copay programs and foundation copay programs to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Conduct outbound calls effectively with customer’s revenue cycle department to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Post claim payments accurately and appropriately as received
• Maintain accurate records of all claims processed

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Be the face of TailorMed to our customers and patients.
• Live, demonstrate and grow our company values
• Conduct virtual consultations with patients and gather information to support applications
• Conduct application enrollment process and track status until a determination is made and maintain communication with the patient
• Collaborate with providers to ensure the smooth service operations
• Follow escalation process to support both clients and patients for swift resolution
• Act as a super-user for the TailorMed platform, identifying enhancements to improve user experience and patient outcomes

• Own client onboarding projects, including scheduling meetings, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to a complex delivery process.
• Develop deep familiarity with internal processes, including product development, R&D releases, and implementation.
• Scope and plan complex projects for successful execution.
• Proactively anticipate risks and challenges related to on-time delivery and mitigate/align with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Manage 5-6 projects simultaneously.
• Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams.
