About the role
- Lead a multidisciplinary software team covering embedded systems, Linux (Yocto), and cloud
- Own the full software roadmap for the vehicle, the dashboard, and connected services
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into user stories, priorities, and delivery plans
- Deliver polished UX/UI experiences for users
- Prioritize by balancing customer value, effort, reliability, and time-to-market
- Manage planning and execution
- Maintain a clear execution cadence
- Develop, mentor, and support engineers
- Collaborate with vehicle, validation, service, support, and leadership teams
- Clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience leading teams that deliver customer-facing software products
- Strong technical expertise spanning embedded systems and cloud
- Proven ability to gather requirements, drive a roadmap, and deliver incremental improvements
- Demonstrated experience delivering user-facing features
- Excellent communication skills
