About the role

  • Lead a multidisciplinary software team covering embedded systems, Linux (Yocto), and cloud
  • Own the full software roadmap for the vehicle, the dashboard, and connected services
  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into user stories, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Deliver polished UX/UI experiences for users
  • Prioritize by balancing customer value, effort, reliability, and time-to-market
  • Manage planning and execution
  • Maintain a clear execution cadence
  • Develop, mentor, and support engineers
  • Collaborate with vehicle, validation, service, support, and leadership teams
  • Clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams that deliver customer-facing software products
  • Strong technical expertise spanning embedded systems and cloud
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, drive a roadmap, and deliver incremental improvements
  • Demonstrated experience delivering user-facing features
  • Excellent communication skills
