About the role
- Lead ongoing management of sponsor bank relationships
- Create and manage banking operations processes for disputes, overdrafts, reconciliations, and escalations
- Track and coordinate customer disputes to ensure compliance with network and government regulations
- Monitor and manage overdraft activity, partnering with the CX team on resolution and customer communications
- Collaborate with the CX team to handle banking operations-related support tickets
- Serve as the operational point of contact for sponsor banks and internal teams
- Build scalable processes and reporting to track key operational metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in banking operations, payments, or fintech
- Strong understanding of banking fundamentals (payments, deposits, disputes, overdrafts, reconciliations, etc.)
- Deep understanding of NACHA and fedwire rules
- Prior experience working with or managing sponsor bank relationships is a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
