Train and coach Field Technicians on accurate window measurement, installation, service, and audit best practices.
Deliver hands-on training with a focus on opening new markets and assisting struggling branches to ensure operational excellence across our Install Operations network.
Conduct on-site evaluations and feedback sessions to ensure safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and develop materials that strengthen Field Technician performance.
Review and prepare training documents and reports on market performance when working virtually.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of professionalism, safety, customer focus, and efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years’ experience measuring replacement windows with high accuracy
2+ years’ experience installing or repairing windows, siding, roofing, or related home improvement projects
Experience training or developing field technicians or trade professionals
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Ability to travel up to 75% across multiple states
