• You qualify and close new customers, owning the deal from the first meeting through to the signed contract
• You guide prospects through their evaluation and act as a trusted advisor, building business cases that make our ROI undeniable
• You run demos and lead negotiations to close deals, continuously sharpening our sales approach to win
• You will work closely with our high-performing prospecting team so you can focus on ensuring an optimal customer journey
• You operate at the intersection of product, prospecting, marketing and customer success, turning customer feedback into product innovation

• Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team: Provide hands-on guidance and support to your team, empowering them to consistently achieve and surpass opportunity targets.
• Develop Juniors into great AEs: Create structured career development paths that enable BDRs to build strong sales fundamentals and successfully transition into Account Executive roles.
• Drive pipeline growth: Take ownership of the team’s outbound sales performance by ensuring effective lead generation and implementing high-quality outreach strategies.
• Hire and develop exceptional talent: Bring exceptional BDR talent into the team and create the structure, coaching, and onboarding needed for them to make an impact from day one.
• Build AI-first sales processes: Design and implement AI-driven workflows, templates, and best practices that increase efficiency - creating more time for meaningful customer interactions.
• Analyze and optimize performance: Leverage data and analytics to monitor team metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize our impact.
• Collaborate across teams: Collaborate closely with other BDR Teams, Marketing and AE teams to align on goals, coordinate campaigns, and streamline lead handoff processes.
