• Own Tabby Shop as a business unit end-to-end – from strategy and P&L to product delivery and operations.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Senior PMs; set high-quality bars, establish operating rituals, and grow future leaders.

• Own and drive a portfolio of strategic People projects end-to-end: discovery, scoping, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead complex company-wide initiatives, including (but not limited to):
• Performance review program delivery and continuous improvement including competency usage and process adoption).
• Compliance and mandatory training management (design, rollout, tracking, reporting, and audit readiness).

• Provide analytical support to product and business teams across all aspects of their work.
• Work on separate features like the in-store sellers map, customer reviews, and plenty of entity personalization tools on the Marketplace.
• Build customer segmentations on different levels and scale them as a product decision-making tool.
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly.
• Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and merchandising teams, on fundamental research and one-time requests.
