• Lead cross-functional People projects from problem definition to launch (onboarding/offboarding, leaders’ induction, learning programs, manpower budgeting, culture events).
• Own bi-annual Performance Review and Budget Review cycles end-to-end (timeline, tooling, comms, QA, reporting, retros).
• Write crisp BRDs and process specs for the development team and system analyst; translate business goals into requirements, edge cases, and success metrics.
• Build simple internal tools and automations with low-/no-code to remove toil and speed up workflows (forms, approvals, data checks, notifications, light integrations).

• Produce lightweight, reliable project reporting (milestones, risks, decisions, adoption/quality metrics) and share updates with exec and functional stakeholders.
