Project Manager

• Own governance and quality management; chair internal reviews and monthly customer progress meetings; ensure ≥95% on‑time delivery of all contracted outputs.
• Act as the primary liaison with the client, providing effective communication, coordination, and overall of all task order activities to include: day-to-day acquisitions support, business process improvement, acquisition training/knowledge sharing, contract management support, data and database support, cost estimating and analysis, and SharePoint support.
• Provide administrative support to the customer, providing program briefings, leadership updates, stakeholder engagements, and internal communications. This includes developing presentation materials, ensuring standards compliance, and maintaining version control and documentation.

Senior Consultant – Project Manager

• Support day-to-day acquisition activities while also evaluating the overall process for strategic improvements
• Assist in the development, refinement, and finalization of acquisition documentation requirements including statements of work, market research, etc.
• Develop and deliver training on the acquisition life cycle including planning, solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, etc.
• Review acquisition documents and provide detailed feedback to improve clarity, grammar, etc.
• Recommend and execute process improvements and efficiencies to strengthen the acquisition life cycle
• Support contract data, databases, and reporting tools to include maintaining data, testing databases, and developing reports using tools, Microsoft 365 applications (e.g,, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint), and SQL-bases systems
• Conduct data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and inefficiencies
• Assist in developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) using appropriate methodologies
• Evaluate, recommend, and drive improvements to the client’s cost estimating structure to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency

Senior Consultant

• Assist with collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing acquisition and contract data
• Support development and maintenance of reports, queries, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
• Help track procurement and contract activities, including milestone dates, obligations, funding, and status reporting
• Perform data extraction and validation activities from contract and procurement systems (e.g., PRISM or similar tools) under senior guidance
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests related to acquisition activities and contract performance
• Assist with administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions
• Support document management, version control, and organization of acquisition and contracting artifacts
• Help maintain and update SharePoint-based tools supporting acquisition workflows, tracking, and knowledge repositories
• Assist with basic workflow support using Power Automate and Power Apps, including testing and troubleshooting under supervision
• Support documentation of SharePoint processes, configurations, and user guidance materials
• Support preparation of training and knowledge sharing sessions related to acquisition processes and tools
