About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product features, requirements, and business rationale.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to ensure product offerings are innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to successfully bring products to market.
- Shape the vision and strategy of new technological products aligning with market demands and user needs.
- Ensure alignment of product development with T-Mobile's mission and business objectives.
- Drive technological advancements and enhance customer satisfaction through effective product management.
- Manage other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Participate in credit risk management initiatives and product work related to risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Product Management (Preferred)
- 7-10 years relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment (Preferred)
- 4-7 years experience in leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Advanced level understanding and analysis of market trends and customer feedback to shape product strategy (Preferred)
- Credit Risk Management experience (Preferred)
- Product Management expertise in defining and overseeing development of product features and requirements (Required)
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) (Required)
- Strategic thinking and ability to formulate and execute product strategies (Required)
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and user feedback (Required)
- Strong leadership skills (Required)
- Excellent communication skills (Required)
- Problem solving and troubleshooting complex issues during product development (Required)
