About the role

  • Manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size within the supply chain function.
  • Lead multiple supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate weekly project management meetings with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update project trackers; monitor progress against milestones.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Conduct weekly project reviews and prepare status reports.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and other functions for supplier engagement.
  • Manage Ariba Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines; ensure alignment with performance goals.
  • Manage project risks using quality tools and mitigation strategies.
  • Document and share project learnings and best practices.
  • Assign and guide resources; provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Support operations in the US time zone and work night shift.

Requirements

  • Experience:8-10 years of relevant project management or supply chain experience.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in scope, schedule, resource, and risk management.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project tracking tools and Ariba PO management.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and issue resolution skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Compliance: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Shift: Night Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM IST
