Engage in customer meetings to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities
Driving sales support activities
Consult with sales teams and customers to develop and recommend Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions
Maintain specialist knowledge and certifications in cloud communications, VoIP/SIP, and AI-powered technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to provide feedback and support special projects
Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
7-10 years - Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales

Technical Leadership
Communication
Applications Proficiency with business application software
Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role
Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations
Expertise in at least three relevant solution areas such as UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP/SIP, mobile integration, or AI communication platforms
Experience in technical sales of platforms such as Dialpad, Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, WebEx, RingCentral, or similar
U.S. Citizenship required for certain roles within the organization
