About the role
- Develop program and project strategies with execution plans to guide successful delivery of organizational initiatives
- Create and manage project and cross-functional teams to support programs within and across functional groups
- Identify and address cross-project dependencies in collaboration with other program managers and leadership
- Manage program changes, evaluate risks, and assess impacts to maintain program delivery and quality
- Contribute improvements and best practices based on program insights to enhance overall program management
- Work with external vendors to understand external benchmarks in order to transform Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- 7-10 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
- 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience.
- Program Management (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
